  • What does it tell me?

The reports give a clear indication of how your site ranks for all of your chosen search phrases in all of the chosen search engines.

  • How do I use the data?

Your web designer can use the data to update your site pages to reflect the results given. Each page can be "optimised" further to improve future rankings. If your designer is not sure what to do we can help.

  • How often do I need the reports?

As often or as infrequently as you think appropriate. If you make changes to your site and want to check progress order again 2 - 3 months after the updates are published. Each report shows a comparison to the last so you can easily track progress. If you like to make amendments to your web site regularly then a monthly report will help you track progress with ease.

  • Can I do this manually?

Yes of course. Let's assume you only look at the top 15 UK search engines and that you only look at the top 50 results (top 5 pages) and that you want to search for just 10 different phrases. You will just need to do 150 different searches and look at 5 pages for each, 750 pages in total. How long will that take and how will you keep track of improvements made? Our software takes care of that automatically.

Each report costs just £25 and includes:

  2. Current Rank Report - All items (probably a long report)
  3. Overview Report - overall summary of ranking and movements for each search engine
  4. Top Sites Report - shows the top 50 sites found for each search phrase (check out your competitors)
  • How do I order my report?

You need to give us some details about you and your web site. As you complete the process you will be transferred to the payment page where you can use most debit and credit cards to complete your purchase.

  • How long does it take?

Once payment has been made please allow a week for reports to be produced which will be emailed to you as printable PDF documents.
