What Guests Expect from your B & B

Guest Expectations can be high.

Visitors to your bed and breakfast will all have different views on what to expect when they book to stay. Your challenge is to satisfy as many as you can and at the same time disappoint none.

It goes without saying that a certain level of cleanliness is to be expected. If you are Tourist Board rated they will also lay down guidelines as to what is expected for each grading and you should make sure you comply with them.

Non tourist board members can still actually access the requirements as part of the process of applying - it does provide pretty good information on what is expected.
